Brief Introduction of Laser Head of Laser Marking Equipment

The core of laser marking equipment is laser marking control system and laser marking head. At present, galvanometer scanning type marking head, galvanometer, lens replaced the needle, while the signal of probe is replaced by the direct current signal of - 5V - 5V or - 10V - + 10V controlled by computer to complete the scheduled action. The galvanometer scanning marking head is mainly composed of XY scanning mirror, field mirror, galvanometer and computer-controlled marking software. Its working principle is that the laser beam is incident on two mirrors (scanning mirrors), and the reflection angle of the mirrors is controlled by computer. The two mirrors can scan along X and Y axes respectively, so as to achieve the deflection of the laser beam, so that the laser focus with a certain power density can move on the marking material according to the requirements, thus leaving a permanent mark on the material surface and focusing light. Spots can be round or rectangular. In galvanometer scanning system, vector graphics and text can be used. This method adopts the graphics processing method of computer graphics software. It has the characteristics of high drawing efficiency, good graphics accuracy and no distortion, which greatly improves the quality and speed of laser marking. At the same time, galvanometric marking can also adopt dot-matrix marking method, which is very suitable for online marking. According to the different speed of production line, one or two scanning galvanometers can be used. Compared with the array marking mentioned above, it can mark more dot-matrix information and has greater advantages for marking Chinese characters. Scanning marking with galvanometer can be used in vector marking and dot matrix marking because of its wide range of applications, adjustable marking range, fast response, high marking speed (marking hundreds of characters per second), high marking quality, good optical sealing performance and strong environmental adaptability.
